McKees Rocks, PA.— No need to bring a spice cake, but we won’t say no to Theresa’s Italian Bakery cookies! After all, KB Plumbing recently opened its new location in McKees Rocks, PA, to better meet the needs of its expansion and growth. The warehouse, located at 424 Broadway Avenue, will be KB Plumbing’s primary office.
The new warehouse location is a key step towards reaching the goals of growing within the community. The new office will be the first of many major changes for the company as it expands its team. The growth is a direct correlation related to market conditions and community acceptance. Earlier this year, KB Plumbing launched a new website for easier visual appeal.
The 4,500-square-foot warehouse will primarily store service trucks and equipment.
One of KB Plumbing’s founding principles is to “live where you work” and treat your customers like family. It inspired them to open the company and eventually gave them the ability to expand the business. Their mission is to provide quality customer service through traditional values.
Ben and Kari Ifft, co-owners of KB Plumbing, are actively involved in local community events and sponsorships. Their passion for supporting the community with a concentration to solve more and more plumbing needs allowed the opportunity for the successful expansion into McKees Rocks.
